Apply Now for IT-Ready Technical Support in the Twin Cities

Twin Cities Campus

In 8 weeks, you could be ready to take on a new career in IT. Join the IT-Ready Technical Support class in Edina and prepare for the CompTIA A+ exam, as well as gain connections to employers for job opportunities. 2020 classes will be taught online due to the COVID-19 health situation, but we plan to be back in the classroom for 2021 classes. Our program is brought to you as part of the Minneapolis/St. Paul TechHire Initiative and in partnership with Wounded Warrior Project.

With our in-classroom courses not re-starting in Edina until July 2021, prospective students can get a jump on their tech careers by applying for our half-day, 16-week IT-Ready Technical Support program on our Online Campus, which has classes starting in January 2021.

On the Twin Cities campus, classes run from 9am - 4pm, Monday-Friday. Students are required to be on time every day; the program allows only one absence and three tardies. Employers expect their staff to be on time, and we expect the same of our students in order to prepare you for your tech career.

Our Alumni Say It Best

"The hands-on and troubleshooting training was immense. But it’s the soft skills training that makes the IT-Ready Technical Support program second to none. The skills I learned during the eight weeks of IT-Ready would have cost me a lot of money if I had gone elsewhere."
- Nyankoi Solo
