You May Qualify for a Grant

For much less than the cost of a college degree, CompTIA Tech can provide the training you need to land and succeed in a great IT job. What you pay will vary depending on whether you receive financial assistance, but in keeping with our mission, we strive to keep our costs down.

As a not-for-profit, our focus is not on making money—it’s on your success. And our tuition rates reflect that commitment. We believe tech careers should be accessible to anyone with a dream and passion to pursue them. Tuition for our IT-Ready Technical Support program is $8500, but qualifying students can receive partial or full tuition grants. Our grants are not loans; they do not need to be repaid by the student.

5 Reasons to Choose CompTIA Tech

One

Our Motivation

As a non-profit, our bottom line isn’t money, it’s making you ready for the tech workforce. We only succeed if you succeed.

Two

Been There, Done That

CompTIA is a leader in IT certifications, as stated by other trainers such as Global Knowledge, and millions have earned our certifications to advance their careers.

Three

All the Skills

If you start an IT job with nothing but technical know-how, you’re more likely to fail, as noted by industry publications such as Tech Republic. So we also teach the other “soft skills” critical for success.

Four

Right Teacher, Right Pace

Our instructors have both industry experience and certified teaching skills. Our live courses move at a pace designed for beginners.

Five

Serious Career Support

Career guidance, resume building, interview prep, and connections to potential employers will help you transition from the classroom to the job.

Our Alumni Say It Best

Jennifer Burks

Career Switch from Beautician to IT Pro

After more than 15 years working in a salon, Jennifer Burks finished CompTIA Tech's IT-Ready Technical Support program and got CompTIA A+ certified. She said having an IT certification on her resume made a big difference when she was applying for jobs.

“They made us work-ready, set us up with job preparation skills, I got help updating my resume,” she said. “I really didn’t have any idea how to apply for technical jobs with nothing on my resume.”

From High School to an IT Career

With college out of reach financially and other jobs not paying enough to help support his family, new high school graduate Horacio Rodriguez Hernandez turned to CompTIA Tech and our IT-Ready Technical Support program to launch a well-paying tech career.

“In five years, I see myself as being the go-to guy for all things tech and hopefully be a mentor to others in IT. Without IT-Ready, I’d probably not be working in IT at all,” said Horatio.
